New Construction
Building a new home or commercial space in the Bozeman area? We design and install full HVAC systems in-house, sized for how the space will actually be used.
Every install starts with an ACCA-certified load calculation that accounts for square footage, layout, insulation, window placement, and the climate the building has to handle. We design systems for every Southwest Montana climate scenario: subzero winters, 100˚+ heat, and summer wildfire smoke.
For new construction, we install RUUD furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps. We also install ductless mini-splits from Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Midea, Daikin, and Gree for spaces without ductwork.
Remodels and Additions
Our remodel work has covered historic homes in downtown Bozeman, commercial properties across Gallatin County, and mountain homes in and around Big Sky.
Whether you're adding a room, finishing a basement, or remodeling a kitchen, we'll handle the HVAC. That might include rerouting ductwork or moving wiring, kitchen hood venting, mini-split installation for spaces without existing ducts, or full system replacements when the existing equipment can't handle the new layout.
We design every remodel install to work with the rest of your home, not just the new space, so the system stays balanced after the project is done.
Install Pricing & Timeline
Installation pricing depends on the equipment, the size and complexity of the project, and the condition of the existing setup. We provide a free, written estimate before any work begins.
After you accept an installation estimate, most projects are scheduled within 3–4 weeks. We design every system, including duct layout and equipment selection. New RUUD residential systems come with a 5-year standard warranty and a 10-year warranty when registered. Commercial installations carry a 5-year warranty regardless of equipment type.

Not always. Existing ductwork that's in good shape and properly sized for the new equipment can often stay in place. We inspect the existing setup during the estimate and let you know if duct modifications or replacement would make a meaningful difference in performance.

Yes, we do this often for Bozeman homes. For homes with existing ductwork, we can add a central AC system that uses the same ducts. For homes without ductwork, a ductless mini-split is usually the better option. We'll look at the layout and let you know what fits.

In some cases. We've installed customer- or builder-supplied equipment when needed, but we prefer to design and supply the equipment ourselves so we can stand behind the full installation.
